Our Solution
The Sensor
Seamlessly integrate Toolmind™ using our patented Sensors that mount into any G 1/8 port. Monitor pressure and temperature, sending that encrypted signal to the Base Station and Handheld, where the user can see whether the process or storage of the monitored zone is within specified parameters.
The Base Station
The Toolmind™ Base Station receives data from the metal stamping Sensors and displays it on a 10-inch touch screen. The Sensor's data is unencrypted by the station, which notifies users if the operation is performing to the set parameters. Up to 250 tools with up to 12 Sensors per tool can be attached to one Base Station.
The Handheld Reader
The Toolmind™ Handheld lets users read pressure without breaking into the pressure zone. With continuous scanning and on-demand modes, the data displayed by the handheld receiver tells users if the operation is performing to set pressure and temperature standards right in the palm of their hands.
