Hyson SRS - Smooth Return Nitrogen Gas Springs are available in contact forces of 7,400 N (1,664 lbf) and up to 50,000 N (11,241 lbf). SRS stamping gas cylinders significantly reduce pad bounce on the return stroke (dampening length 30mm.) Slow return springs also reduce shock loading inside the die.Hysons SRS nitrogen gas cylinders are ideal for part position control in fast return stroke applications in transfer presses or line dies.

Easily retrofittable with standard mounts, springs can aslo be together to equalize force. Multiple installation options.
