Dear valued customer

In a continued effort to strengthen our partnership and enhance operational efficiency, Hyson-Kaller Brecksville has engaged Genpact, a global professional services firm, to assume responsibility for billing and collections.

In addition, we've migrated our depository banking to HBSC, replacing PNC.

These changes are designed to streamline our accounts receivable processes, improve responsiveness, and support more effective collaboration with valued customers like you.

Summary of Changes

  • Billing and collections operations are now based in Kolkata, India. This change will be seamless for you as our valued customer.
  • You may reach a member of our Accounts Receivable team at (419) 740-6035
  • Emails for collections should be directed to AR@hysonsolutions.com
  • Gwen Rome (419) 740-6127 grome@asraymond.com will be available for escalations, but we encourage you to begin using the new contacts immediately.

This change will allow us to serve you more efficiently and consistently via our global support team.

  • Our remittance bank is transitioning from PNC to HSBC effective May 1, 2026
    • Please update your records with the changes below
    • ACH or wire transfers are preferred
    • Emails for remittances should be directed to ARRemit@hysonsolutions.com

What do you customers need to do?

Update your systems and records so that
  1. Future payments are remitted to the correct account
  2. Remittances notices should to be sent to: ARRemit@hysonsolutions.com
  3. If paying by check, thes should be mailed to the lockbox mailbox defined above

When should customers make the change?

The new accounts are to be used effective immediately.

What if I remit to the old PNC bank account?

Your payment may be delayed or returned.

What if I need a bank confirmation letter before making the change?

What if I need another method of confirmation before making the change (ie authorization form)?

Does this apply to existing invoices, or only new ones?

This change is in effect immediately. All future payments, even to existing invoices, should be remitted to the new HSBC account.

Does this apply to purchases from all AS Raymond locations?

No. Only purchases from our US location.
